Thank you for choosing Bordeaux Wine Vacations (Bordeaux Exclusive LLC). This document outlines the services we provide, our refund and cancellation policies, and our liability limits. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms described below.

We aim to provide exceptional service through our trusted providers, but please be aware of the responsibilities and limitations that apply to your booking.

Deposits & Final Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $995 per guest is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the tour start date.

Cancellation Terms


If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing. Refunds are issued according to the following schedule:

  • 61–90 days before tour start: 70% refund of total tour cost, excluding the deposit
  • 31–60 days before tour start: 40% refund of total tour cost, excluding the deposit
  • 0–30 days before tour start: 20% refund of total tour cost, excluding the deposit
  • No-shows: No refund

Refunds (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be processed within 10 business days.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Our Right to Cancel


We reserve the right to cancel any tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your scheduled start date, you’ll also receive a complimentary bottle of Bordeaux wine and a discount toward rescheduling.

Itinerary Changes


While we strive to deliver the itinerary as planned, unexpected changes may occur (e.g., château closures, staffing shortages, weather). We reserve the right to make substitutions or adjustments. Any changes will be thoughtfully selected to preserve the quality of your experience.

Pre-Tour & Post-Tour Support


We’re happy to suggest pre- or post-tour destinations, especially those with convenient connections to Bordeaux. While we cannot make bookings outside the Bordeaux region, we’re glad to assist with French-language communication or translations if needed.

Waiver of Liability

Travel naturally involves some risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (trip cancellation, delay, medical, evacuation, baggage loss) shortly after paying your deposit.

Bordeaux Wine Vacations (Bordeaux Exclusive LLC) is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, nor for delays, disruptions, or additional costs arising from events including (but not limited to): theft, acts of government, natural disasters, strikes, illness, transportation delays, or accidents. This includes travel by car, van, boat, or other means during the tour.

We reserve the right to:

  • Make reasonable changes to the itinerary or accommodations.
  • Decline or remove participants if their health or behavior affects the well-being of the group.

Please note that valid passports with at least 6 months of validity past your return date are required for international travel to France. It is your responsibility to ensure all travel documents are current and acceptable.
